For almost a century, Hassell & Hughes Lumber Company has been an industry leader in manufacturing a variety of hardwood products as well as sustainable forestry practices. Today, our chief products include solid unfinished hardwood flooring, hardwood lumber, and wood fuel/grilling pellets under our Greenway Pellet brand. Our company also owns and manages approximately 16,000 acres of timberland across the south eastern region. Hassell & Hughes started as (in 1929) and still remains a family business located in the small rural town of Collinwood, TN. North America Fire Equipment Company, Inc. (NAFECO) was begun in 1968 by its founder, Jerrell Oaks. It began primarily as a service business, providing fire extinguisher services to local factories and businesses. It has developed over the years into a full-line distributor of Fire, Law Enforcement, EMS, and Industrial Safety apparel and equipment as well as Rosenbauer fire apparatus. NAFECO is headquartered in Decatur, Alabama with eight branch offices in the Southeastern United States. We inventory many of our products in the Decatur, AL warehouse for immediate shipment.
