Henry County Health Center is a Critical Access Hospital with a rich heritage of caring for patients and area residents since 1921. Located at the Crossroads of Southeast Iowa, HCHC is a 74-bed facility, featuring 25 acute care beds, along with our 49 bed long-term care facility, Park Place Elder Living. As a community-based health center, our patients are often times family members, friends, and neighbors.
