• Facilitates all aspects of the recruitment process.
• Extend and execute policy
• Controlled all areas of payroll, personnel/payroll
• Responsible for interviewing, selecting and hiring all associates
• Responsible for terminating, hiring, and disciplinary actions for 250+ associates
• Conduct new hire orientation and training classes.
• Responsible for the administration of all group benefit programs, including relationships with brokers, renewals, acting as an advocate for employee benefit issues, budgeting, billing, 401K, open enrollment, etc
• Responsible for managing and developing a systematic Performance Management System for annual performance appraisals and merit increases.
• Serves as a resource regarding personnel issues for all associates.
• Processes personnel and payroll actions such as appointments, separations, pay increases, benefit changes, etc.
• Responsible for conducting investigations-Accident/work comp investigations, harassment/conduct investigations
• Responsible for consistent application of all company policies and procedures to sustain legal compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, i.e. FMLA, COBRA, EE0-1, I-9s, etc.
