Provide hands-on guidance and leadership to 4 managers across 3 office locations, overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations. Introduce KPI's, establish Strategic Accounts, and design software solutions to drive gains in productivity. Define targets for all functions, continuously coaching and mentoring staff to elevate performance. Implement ERP dashboards, scorecards and other management tools to more effectively track resources, measurements progress and conduct reviews. Negotiate contracts on an ongoing basis.
