Unfortunately, costs have risen at nearly 10%+ every year the past 20 years on employers due to inefficiency in the system. How can we have amazing new procedures, communication, medications, tracking - yet still - have out-sized cost increases. That's also amazing.

We feel greater transparency and finding the right insurance partners will lead to lower costs and better outcomes for employers and we have an opportunity to do that. That's amazing.
