Horrible experience. Our agent never answered her phone, and would only communicate (ineffectively) through email. Our homeowners insurance for our new property ended up being cancelled due to non-payment simply because the lender received no response from our agent to receive the funds. I had to frantically shop for new insurance during a busy work day because of our agent's poor communication. Western Insurance really came through for us: excellent customer service, sense of urgency, and a cheaper rate.
We have been doing business with them for 4 years, we just went through our renewal process with Chantal, she never went over our account and ended up writing our policy with Vehicles that we no longer own, excluded drivers with out notification. I have called and called have left 2 msg with the answering service to please have a manger call us back. We send emails and it takes days to get a response. We are a small business and financially CAN NOT afford massive mistakes like this. Due to her lack of care our insurance went up 9K in one year. If you are a small business owner STAY AWAY from this company. They do not value long term clients, have a lack of accountability , horrible customer service and a complete indifference to the value of business.
I worked with Holly at HUB. She helped me find the best coverage for my nonprofit organization at a very competitive price. She was able to make it happen quickly and explained fully the process and the policy. I am very happy with our coverage and definitely recommend Holly and HUB International.
Poor service and lack of follow through. Used to be better but now its time for me to move on and find another agent. Zero help.
