Mechanical Design Engineer – Design, Develop, and Manufacture Ultrasonic Cutting Machines for Carbon Fiber, and Honeycomb Preparation • German Austria Engineering Firm, Corporation for manufacturing and mechanical engineering, at the GFM Corporation in Steyr Austria. • Mechanical Engineering experience for the manufacturing of Steyr Austrian forging machines and ultrasonic cutting machines. • Project Management experience in developing and assisting the Firm’s Design project work order meetings. • Created parts and components for the novel machine processes of the customer • Designed Ultrasonic cutting machine models to automate the process of cutting carbon fiber layouts for the airplane manufacturing industry. • Designed subcomponent AutoCAD assemblies for production manufacturing, and released bill of materials for installation and shipping of the Ultrasonic machine.
