• Provide project support to the Program Managers for multiple and simultaneous projects (short-
term and long-term)
• Coordinate reporting procedures across organizational teams
• Coordinate with the Program Managers in support of various program and/or contract
deliverables
• HRIS POC & Liaise for various systems (JazzHR, Autosignature, ISO9001, SharePoint, etc,),
• Conduct knowledge capture during key meetings, develop meeting summaries and key
deliverables, support stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.
• Conduct Payroll for W2's and 1099s.
• Create accurate Excel Spreadsheets and data management.
• Maintain accurate data base information as needed.
• Conduct formal research upon request.
• Orient others to VECRA Office procedures.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure files and notebooks for the Office.
• Create forms to be used by Managers and Staff.
• Help develop various website content.
• Develop charts, graphs, briefings, and other presentation aids for leadership.
• Tactfully handle all contacts and work closely with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
