Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS) is designated by Vermont Statute to provide a wide variety of support and treatment opportunities for children, adolescents, families, and adults living with the challenges of mental illness, emotional and behavioral issues, and developmental disabilities. These services are both office and community-based through outreach. The range of services offered includes prevention and wellness, assessment and stabilization, and 24 hours a day, 7 days a week emergency response. WCMHS is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit Community Mental Health Center. The agency was established under this name in 1967 and proudly celebrates 50 years of serving our community. We take a flexible approach to person-centered care for citizens within Washington County and the adjacent towns of Orange, Washington and Williamstown. Guidelines for acceptance and participation in our programs are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, or religion. Our dedicated staff works to assist each individual to reach his or her goals. Within the last year, approximately 5,000 individuals (8% of the population of Washington County) benefited from the services offered by WCMHS. Five percent of these individuals participated in multiple programs offered across the agency’s divisions, receiving direct services. The remaining 3% were served through educational sessions, community forums, extended family and other non-billable services. Northern Counties Health Care provides a full spectrum of quality, affordable, and compassionate health care services to patients of all ages, throughout the three county region of northeastern Vermont, known as the Northeast Kingdom. NCHC encompasses six community health centers - including a walk-in primary location, three dental centers, , and a Medicare-certified home care and hospice division. The VNA & Hospice of the Southwest Region serves vulnerable populations such as at-risk children, the elderly, those with disabling and chronic illness, and people facing the end of life.

We are an independent Family Practice medical office located in Williston, Vermont, serving patients of all ages. Our aim is to provide comprehensive, high quality, patient-centered care for the members of our community. Addison County Home Health and Hospice provides home care services that include skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and medical social work, as well as ancillary support services that promote healing, quality of life and independence. Our hospice and palliative care program has access to the full range of home care services in addition to an interdisciplinary-based clinical approach to end of life care.

Clara Martin Center is Vermont’s only Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Based in Randolph, Clara Martin Center operates 13 sites around Central Vermont, including Bradford and Wilder. CMC serves Orange County and the greater Upper Valley area with mental health and substance use disorder services. We serve clients in schools, hospitals, at home, and in the community. Clara Martin Center is a community based, non-profit organization. We strive to be consumer-sensitive, cost-effective and outcome based.
