K. Barnett & Sons, Inc. (KBS) is a privately held General Contracting Company specializing in aggregate, concrete, and hot mix asphalt materials production, highway construction, federal military infra-structure improvements, airports, commercial building sites, sub-division developments, municipal improvements, below-ground storm drainage, sanitary sewer, site-concrete, and miscellaneous heavy construction. The Company was established in Clovis, NM in 1959 by K. Barnett Sr. and his two sons: K. Barnett Jr. and Bill Barnett. The company operates primarily in Eastern New Mexico and West Texas. KBS considers its employees to be its most important asset.
