I am responsible for about 50 entities. I typically work with small businesses with between $0 and $10 million gross receipts and typically less than 50 employees. In this role I had the following duties: prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations. Prepare other reports to ensure compliance: sales tax reports, payroll reports, etcetera prepare compilations of annual and interim business and personal financial statements. Review current procedures and software with clients and suggest improvements. Research tax strategies and rules to ensure compliance and maximum tax savings. Consult with clients to review final output.
