As Compliance Officer for Consumers it is my duty to make sure our staff along with products, services, and procedures comply with NCUA (National Credit Union Admin), our federal regulator. I also provide continuing education to our staff on how to remain committed to member privacy and credit union due diligence. As of September 2013 I became IRA certified thorough IRA Institute. My duties along with Compliance Officer and IRA Coordinator, are Operations Specialist, Vault Supervisor, Marketing Associate, and Loan Officer including consumer, residential, and commercial lending.
