Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their risk assessment and credit knowledge. Build and monitor credit and financial risk models for the organization. Present reports to Risk Committee, Sr. Loan Committee, and Board of Directors on a monthly, Quarterly and annual basis. Provide strategic plan updates and recommendations to the Board of Directors and CEO on a semi-annual and annual Basis. Lead the banks credit approval process to ensure loans meet the banks credit quality standards and target customers. Supervise credit analyst, underwriters, and collateral inspectors within the bank.
