The Child Development Council of Franklin County, Inc. (CDCFC) is a nonprofit organization funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The agency operates Head Start and Early Head Start programs for income eligible children from birth to 5. The program promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children through the provision of education, health, mental health and nutritional services. Services are family-centered, with the premise that children develop in the context of their families and culture. Families are provided opportunities and support for growth and change by identifying their own strengths, needs, interests and solutions. All services are available to children with special needs and/or disabilities.

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is a national, nonprofit public charity dedicated to dramatically increasing the number of adoptions of children waiting in North America's foster care systems. Created by Wendy’s® founder Dave Thomas, who was adopted, the Foundation implements evidence-based, results-driven national service programs and builds awareness around the growing need and importance of foster care adoption in various ways. We also develop resources for employers and families to support the adoption journey. Through our signature program, Wendy’s Wonderful Kids, the Foundation provides grants to adoption agencies to hire and train recruiters in our child-focused recruitment model to find loving, permanent homes for children in foster care. This model is up to three times more effective at serving children who have been in foster care the longest, including older youth, siblings and children with special needs. The Foundation offers a free library of resources to help families navigate the adoption journey, such as Finding Forever Families: A Step-by-Step Guide to Adoption and Strengthen Your Forever Family: A Step-by-Step Guide to Post-Adoption. The Foundation also works to build awareness around the growing need and importance of adoption from foster care through public service announcements, social media campaigns, articles, events, sponsorships and more.

Through an ongoing focus on current community needs, CAW/M cultivates innovative solutions to poverty. Its Head Start programs work to close the opportunity gap through a two-generation approach, assisting families in developing and supporting education for their children. CAW/M's economic assistance programs support people in achieving their goals for their financial well-being and housing stability.

Allwell Behavioral Health Services is a private, not-for-profit provider of comprehensive community mental health services in Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble and Perry counties. Allwell was created in 2016 as a merger of Six County Inc. and Thompkins Treatment Inc. While Six County offered services to all ages, Thompkins Treatment specialized in youth aged 2 to 18. After conducting an analysis of our services, we determined that we could better serve our communities as a single entity. The merger will improve access to our services, enhance our quality of care, and reduce costs. Together, we integrate mental and physical care to offer the hope of wellbeing for you and every member of your family. Since the 1950’s, our services have expanded to meet the changing needs of our diverse communities. Because every client comes to us with unique values and problems, we mold our services to their needs to help them reach their full potential.

The Society for Handicapped Citizens of Medina County, Inc. (SHC/The Arc of Medina County) has been providing services to individuals with disabilities and their families since 1953. The agency provides an array of services with emphasis on helping individuals with disabilities maximize their full potential as members of the community. SHC/The Arc of Medina County advocates for human rights, personal dignity and community participation of individuals with developmental disabilities.
