My responsibilities included, but were not limited to; supervised roughly 100 employees, monitored the quality assurance of three call centers with the help of direct reports, provided feedback and evaluations for staff, reported directly to the Chief of Operations and President on company operations, determined and provided overall direction within guidelines set by company executives. I also had to plan, direct, and coordinate operation activities, work in conjunction with staff managers to provide leadership to staff, and trained new employees on company policies and procedures.
