• Managed internal servers and workstations, monitored hardware and software purchases/upgrades. Sourced and repaired outstanding technical issues with Citrix and Virtual servers and corrected inconsistencies.
• Spearheaded and successfully implemented ATM and Debit card program that resulted in reduced risk exposure and annual cost savings of over $10K.
• Formulated and implemented policies and procedures to maintain Regulatory Compliance and managed daily operations
• Established, tested and maintained Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
