The mission of the Human Services Coalition is to enhance the delivery of health and human services in the Tompkins County area. Human Service Planning (HSP) HSP encourages cooperation among providers to develop well-organized service delivery systems and provides links to local, regional, and national decision-makers. It convenes the Homeless & Housing Task Force the Continuum of Care, and monthly Human Services Forums. Health Planning Council (HPC) To improve the health of Tompkins County residents, the Health Planning Council conducts community health planning, promotes the development of needed health services and resources, increases access to health care services, and encourages the integration of the various components into a functioning system. 2-1-1 Tompkins/ Information and Referral 2-1-1/ Information and Referral (2-1-1) operates at the hub of the Tompkins County services network to promote effective service delivery and efficient allocation of community resources. 2-1-1 connects people in need with services designed to address that need by providing a central telephone information service, chat line, and maintaining a data base of community information. Callers are referred to service providers according to their situation.

Non-ADA riders can ride Monday through Friday, there is no weekend service for Non-ADA transportation. Gadabout Tickets: · Zone #1 is $2.00 a Ticket or $20.00 for 1 book of Ten (10) tickets · Zone #2 is $3.00 a Ticket or $15.00 for 1 book of Five (5) tickets You may call our office to purchase tickets. We will deliver them to you via the driver. You then pay the driver for your tickets. We take cash or checks only. No debit or credit cards currently. Additional riders are allowed, but they will have to pay for each ride. However, riders certified as PCA (Certified Personal Care Assistant) do not have to pay. If you are disabled, you can apply for ADA, a federal program available through TCAT to aid people of any age with transportation if they have a disability that prevents them from driving or riding other modes of transportation. · Contact Jen at TCAT (607) 277-9388 Ext. 420 to apply If you qualify for ADA, you can ride every day of the week during TCAT hours for your area.
