Responsible for all aspects of accounting, including: preparing financial reports, accurate financial records, developing and maintaining accounting policies and systems, accounts payables, accounts receivables, payroll, month end processing, Board reports and presentations. Prepare and analyze budgets. Prepare and file annual tax return and schedule K-1s. Establish and implement Human Resources, along with benefits, 401(k), recruiting, training, compliance and records management. Establish the strategic direction of the company's information systems, networking and computer maintenance, monitor and report project performance to executive leadership. Work with internal and external auditors on financial and SSAE audits. Manage operational procedures to reduce costs and obtain optimal efficiency. Member of leadership team.
