Oversee the production of Powder Coat paints. Manage 2 shifts on 2 production lines. Coordinate inventory of raw materials, supplies and finished product. Maintain facility, tools and machines. Schedule production runs according to colors and order priority. Maintain stock of basic colors and oversee the formulation of new or custom color matches. Ensure on time shipping of finished product. Improve facility safety procedures. Provide protective equipment based on OSHA ans EPA standards. Train and inform all staff of proper production procedures and safety precautions. Research and implement upgrades to equipment, support systems, and processes.
