Our Board: CCFHS is a non-profit corporation operated by a Community Board of Directors, a majority of whom are clients of the agency. Our Staff: Currently, CCFHS is staffed by Family Practice Physicians, Internists, OB-GYNs, Pediatricians, Podiatrist, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. Approximately 30% of our staff are bi-lingual (French). Funding: Federal Government (330 Community Health Center Grant), State of New Hampshire, Private and Public Foundations, Client/Insurance Reimbursement, Local Funding, and Private Contributions.
