Project Coordinator for transition of practice management systems, responsible for coordination on behalf of current employer to facilitate and ensure a smooth and effective conversion. Tasked with build out and data entry into the new PM system as well as auditing to ensure all information transferred into system was accurate. • Collaboration with Practice Management product team team to ensure all timelines were met, data was accurate, training by practice staff was completed and equipped for go-live • Completion of successful implementation and go-live • Assisted during 2016 implementation of Practice Management System. Trained staff, assisted with build out, and successful implementation of PM software. Refractive Intake duties including, but not limited to, consulting and educating patients on surgical procedures, scheduling patients, checking in/out patients for surgeries, setup and turn-over of surgical suite, running calculations for surgeries, calculating topographies, and any additional technician work needed. Further responsibilities include: • Track and maintain all physicians’ schedules within the facility and map templates within PM software appropriately. • Float as needed to various departments including Marketing, Triage, Reporting and Analytics, Clinical, etc.
