At Community Alliance, our sole focus is, and always has been on adults with mental illness. Since 1981, this fact has separated us from more traditional social service agencies and treatment centers in the Omaha area. We are an organization of over 250 dedicated, concerned professionals and volunteers who believe in the potential of recovery for all individuals with a mental illness and we dedicate all our resources to support the journey of each individual we serve. We work to provide programs and opportunities to encourage individuals to develop the strengths and skills to deal with their mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorder. Additionally, we serve as an advocate with doctors, social service networks, and throughout the community. We go outside the walls of the hospital and our own facilities to support people in their own neighborhoods and communities, where the strengths and confidences we have helped them develop can be put into practice. We advocate with government and others for greater access to the life-restoring services and needed policy changes that can ease the journey being traveled by so many individuals with mental illness and their families. And we work to help erase the stigma and myths that still surround mental illness and which still serve as roadblocks along the road to recovery.

COMPLETE FAMILY MEDICINE, LLC
COMPLETE FAMILY MEDICINE, LLC
North Platte, Nebraska

In 2009, Justin D. Puckett, DO, founded Complete Family Medicine shortly after finishing residency in Kirksville. In a 600 square foot office in the downtown Kirksville area, CFM quickly became known as the clinic where patients wanted to be seen, where staff wanted to work, and where the greatest offering of services could be provided under one roof. Volume quickly grew and with it grew the team of providers and team members. In 2017, Complete Family Medicine became a service of Hannibal Regional Healthcare System, a not-for-profit health system based out of Hannibal, MO. Hannibal Regional has been an independent provider of health care for the past 120 years and has been at its current location in Hannibal for more than 30 years. Expanding beyond hospital services, Hannibal Regional now has nearly 1,600 team members, offices located in 14 communities, over 150 providers and 21 specialties serving 13 counties. Since joining Hannibal Regional, Complete Family Medicine has continued to grow, adding more primary care providers and two school-based health clinics through partnerships with Kirksville R-III School District (since 2019) and Truman State University (since 2021) and opening the Complete Family Medicine Specialty Group (2021) and a new Occupational Medicine location (2020), to name a few. Most recently, Complete Family Medicine opened clinics in Brookfield (2022), Chillicothe (2023), and Paris (2024). Hannibal Regional and Complete Family Medicine continue to lead the way in providing access to exceptional healthcare and guiding the residents of northeast Missouri to BETTER.

Together the team has developed and managed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial real estate in multiple Nebraska communities. The original Fat Dogs brand has become an important part of the growing company. The first Fat Dogs convenience store was built in the 1990’s and the family has acquired and developed a total of 9 sites in Nebraska. The sites are now evolving into full service Truck and Travel Centers with high volume diesel offerings at several of their locations. Fat Dogs also welcomed two Time Saver locations in North Platte within the parent company in 2020. Other travel centers are planned across the interstate stretching from Lincoln to Sidney.
