Since 1993, BWJP has worked to improve the civil and criminal justice system’s response to intimate partner violence (IPV), as well as addressing the parallel responses of the military services to IPV among their ranks. BWJP offers training, technical assistance, policy analysis, and consultation on the most promising practices of the criminal and civil justice systems in addressing intimate partner violence. Staff members have particular expertise in assisting jurisdictions around the country to implement coordinated interagency responses to IPV that maximize victim safety and offender accountability.

CaringBridge is a no-cost, 501(c)(3) nonprofit health platform that surrounds family caregivers with support while they care for a loved one on a health journey. A donor-supported nonprofit founded in 1997, the organization offers tools to share and document a health journey, simplify care coordination, and connect caregivers with a supportive community.

We are a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant Firm Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants (QRCs) assist injured employees while they recover from workers’ compensation injuries. Our goal is to restore injured people to the earning capacity they enjoyed before their injury considering their physical limitations. We strive to creatively develop vocational outcomes that are beneficial to all parties. QRCs communicate with all parties in a workers’ compensation claim, including the employee, doctors, the employer, the insurance adjuster, the insurer’s attorney, and the employee’s attorney if one has been retained. Our highly trained nationally certified rehabilitation counselors are registered as Qualified Rehabilitation Consultants at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.

Conducted one-on-one intake interviews of pro se veteran litigants and provided assistance in the completion and filing of documents pertaining to a number of different legal issues

Providers Choice Inc. is a sponsor of the United States Department of Agriculture's Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). Since 1985, our mission has been to "support the child care professional"​. As a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to supporting child care providers and child care center staff in their efforts to create nurturing environments to serve nutritious meals to participating children. As part of our sponsorship, our members receive annual food training and attend conferences and workshops. In addition, we also offer an array of materials that encourage and enhance opportunities for physical activities. In Minnesota, CACFP is managed by the Minnesota Department of Education. In turn, the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) contracts with nonprofit organizations called sponsors. Providers Choice proudly serves the entire state of Minnesota. We are the largest CACFP sponsor in Minnesota and the country, serving over 4,500 members. We’re known for our friendly and experienced staff, innovative technology and software, quality training and resources, and recipes and curriculum.

Alexandra House was established in 1977, when a group of concerned citizens formed the Anoka County Task Force for Battered Women. Within a year the Task Force established a 24-hour crisis line, with the first emergency shelter opening in 1980. First located in Fridley, the original shelter housed 12 women and children. In 1983 the shelter moved to a new site in Blaine that provided space for 17 residents. By 1994, the second shelter was outgrown and the organization built its current facility in Blaine, which can house up to 35 women and children (including males to age 18) at a time. As the needs of the community evolved, so too has Alexandra House expanded on its services – adding legal advocacy, therapy and support services, violence prevention programs, abuse in later life resources, and community education and professional training. Alexandra House supports everyone who is affected by domestic and sexual violence and abuse in later life. We are a resource for victims and survivors of sexual violence in any form. We also offer support to friends and family of victim/survivors and other concerned persons. We provide 24-hour emergency shelter, support services and advocacy to victims of domestic and sexual violence. We are located in the cities of Blaine and Anoka, but serve victims of domestic and sexual violence across the state of Minnesota. The mission of Alexandra House is to empower victims of domestic and sexual violence, and inspire social change, through education, support and advocacy.
