As a lead server I was responsible for up 30 guests in the fine dining area. The features, usually consisting of a salad, entree, and dessert, were memorized and recited for each guest. The dining experience consists of and amuse bouche, intermezzo and treat, along with the courses the guest ordered in between. The average dinner took about 2 hours.
