OKOBOJI MOTOR COMPANY
OKOBOJI MOTOR COMPANY
Spirit Lake, Iowa
25-49 employees
The dealership features three manufacturer franchises. Chevrolet, Buick and Toyota. Located in the popular Iowa Great Lakes in northwest Iowa, the dealership has been in the same location in Spirit Lake since 1984. In 2004, the business adopted the "Best Price" philosophy of retailing automobiles, creating a hassle free atmosphere. The distasteful negotiating and haggling back and forth has been eliminated for the benefit of the customer. Every vehicle, new or used has the actual selling price clearly displayed in the windshield or on the website. Anther thing that sets Okoboji Motor Company apart from traditional dealers, is that the sales staff is no longer paid on commission. Instead their earnings are based on volume and customer satisfaction which is continually measured. Also to help insure customers satisfaction, the dealership provides value. Offering a 7 day money back guarantee on new or used vehicles, and a thirty day exchange on used. Plus Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on select vehicles only based on model years and current mileage. All are offered in writing, just giving the dealership one more way they differentiate. In 2006, the dealership underwent an extensive remodel, and additions to the showroom and service department to accommodate the growing numbers of customers. A genuinely friendly atmosphere and bright, fresh appearance also add to the appeal of Okoboji Motor Company

With a satellite tracking system installed throughout our fleet, we can locate your delivery at any given time, giving you a prompt and efficient service. Alternatively, materials can be collected as all of our aggregates are stockpiled on site. We accept materials for recycling providing there is no suspicion of contamination. The materials we accept for recycling include: Concrete, brick, hardcore, road planings, ballast and topsoil. In addition to the supply and delivery of aggregates, we can provide a practical solution to transferring waste to landfill, including, clean and inert muck away, non-hazardous and hazardous materials. All recycled products are manufactured in line with WRAP’s quality requirements and Highway Works Specifications. Our aggregate recycling process ensures a comprehensive process of chemical testing, screening, crushing and grading prior to delivery to the customer. We carry out regular sub-contract crushing and screening operations for contractors throughout northern England. Quarrying, recycling and demolition works are a regular feature and our team would be pleased to visit site and give advice if required.
