Founded in 2009, Success Prep Academy is a not-for-profit, scholastic services company created to help high school student-athletes prepare for and become more competitive in their pursuit of college athletic scholarships. We accomplish this through academic tutoring that focuses on elevating both GPA and standardized test results. Recently the company has expanded to include an additional outreach program that targets and serves high potential youth that lack healthy mentor relationships. “Boys to Mentors” is our flagship leadership development program that pairs selected pre, and early teen boys with college-bound seniors and adult small group leaders who help demonstrate and reinforce the specific leadership themes taught in our monthly workshop.
