• Designing on boarding & induction plans which include communicating the policies, KRAs to the employees and conducting background and reference checks
• Defining the KRAs, Goal Sheets for driving the performance management system; reviewing PMS cycle, facilitating increments, promotions, transfers and ensuring the pay hikes are in-line with company standards and performance
• Identifying hi-potential, key employees and effectuating talent development plans to strengthen employee skills and develop them for the new roles while also improving the performance management process and goals.
• Organizing employee engagement, welfare, development and recognition programs like sports, cultural & social activities,
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interests
• Assess business units human resources training needs and conduct 1:1 and/or group training sessions as appropriate
