Responsible for reconciling financial and reporting financial performance for all company entities. --> Exclusive Furniture - Responsible for reporting and reconciling all company entities (over 20 total entities). - Managed all banking relationships for loan reporting (covenants and risks) and advising on changes to loans with changing swap basis (with Libor being discontinued). In addition managed all bank accounts and developed strategies to better utilize banking products to maximize cash returns. - Accountable for AR (cash, credit cards, and 3rd party funding, over 8 million in monthly sales), AP (over 50 million annual spending), Payroll management (over 250 headcount and contractors). Established reconciliation tools to better track bank accounts, AR and AP performance, as well as credit card use. - Oversee all business insurance, utilities, and professional services and other contracts. --> Sweets by Belen - Realigned accounts to better understand financial performance.
