Founded in 1977 by Mr. John Dawkins, Bulldog Battery Corporation moved from Chicago, Illinois to Wabash, Indiana in 1985. Mr. Norman Benjamin, whose background was in engineering and battery consulting, was appointed CEO and oversaw day-to-day manufacturing operations. Mr. Dawkins and Mr. Benjamin steadily grew Bulldog Battery, eventually acquiring Power Flow, a Texas-based company, and moved its operations to Wabash. In June of 2015, John Dawkins sold Bulldog Battery Corporation to the employees, and the company became 100% employee owned. After several years with the company as a Regional Sales Manager, and then Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr. Richard Glassburn was appointed as Chief Executive Officer/President in August of 2018. Bulldog Battery has become a leader in motive battery industry. We manufacture and distribute industrial batteries used in forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, locomotive diesel starting, explosion-proof batteries, and more. Our employee-owners take pride in crafting the highest quality reputation in the industry. Each battery that leaves our 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facilities undergo extensive testing, including full discharge and equalization. We pride ourselves on maintaining the fastest lead times within the industry. While the world struggles with supply-chain shortages and delays, Bulldog Battery has integrated each step of the manufacturing process in-house. Competitor lead times are backlogged more than 12 weeks, whereas we typically ship within two and strive for a one-week ship date. We lead the way when it comes to industrial batteries.

AndyMark develops, manufactures, and distributes mechanical and electrical parts for the mobile and competitive robotics market, focusing on robotics education. The AndyMark staff strives to support the FIRST Community and the robotics education market by developing and distributing essential components to robot builders and mobile robotics. In 2004, Andy Baker and Mark Koors formed AndyMark, Inc. working from their homes to grow the business, while continuing to work their day jobs as engineers at Delphi Automotive. In 2007, AndyMark became a tenant within the Inventrek technology park in Kokomo. In 2011, AndyMark moved to a 24,000 sq ft facility that was home until 2018. In May 2018 AndyMark moved operations to 1900 E. North St. in Kokomo, more than doubling their warehouse space. AndyMark was named "Business of the Year"​ in 2011 by the Kokomo Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, Senator Todd Young recognized AndyMark as Small Business of the Day during National Small Business Week.
