Alcohol Justice (formerly Marin Institute) is an alcohol industry watchdog group that directly challenges the political influence and marketing might of global alcohol corporations. Alcohol Justice seeks changes in the alcohol industry and the ways it is and isn't regulated. The organization combines research, policy, media, and advocacy to mobilize coalitions campaigning to: Increase alcohol prices through taxes and fees; Remove dangerous, youth-oriented products from the market; and Restrict alcohol advertisements and promotion.

The Agricultural Institute of Marin (AIM) is an educational 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in San Rafael, California. AIM’s mission is to educate, inspire, and connect communities, responsible farmers, and producers as part of a healthy, earth-friendly, equitable local and regional food system. AIM’s vision is responsible food and farming system that is environmentally beneficial, economically viable, and socially just. AIM serves 410+ farmers, food purveyors, and artisans from 44 California counties who participate in AIM’s nine Certified Farmers Markets in the cities of Hayward, Newark, Oakland, Point Reyes, San Rafael, and San Francisco. AIM provides agricultural and nutrition education, training and technical assistance for producers, operates a farm audit program, runs a mobile market for older adults and communities, curates a multi-farm produce box program, administers nutrition benefit program (e.g., CalFresh/EBT and Market Match services), and advocates for food systems policy changes.

California Forward (CA FWD) leads a statewide movement, bringing people together across communities, regions and interests to improve government and create inclusive, sustainable growth for everyone. A 501(c)(3) organization, CA FWD drives collective action to identify solutions that can be taken to scale to meet the challenges the state is facing. The organization is driven by the belief that the collective impact of regional solutions across the state will help ensure the economic, environmental and social prosperity of all people. CA FWD serves as the backbone for the California Stewardship Network, an alliance of regional leaders, and is home to the California Economic Summit and the California Dream Index. Since 2019, the organization has partnered with the Newsom Administration on the Regions Rise Together Initiative, organizing convenings with regional leaders to lift up and empower regional approaches to economic development. In 2020, CA FWD launched the Young Leaders Advisory Council, to ensure marginalized youth and young adults from diverse regions, communities, races and ethnicities have a voice in advancing access to greater economic prosperity for all Californians.

Inquiring Systems Inc. (ISI) supports and develops organizations working to make an impact at the Systems level – moving us forward into the Regenerative Future. ISI envisions a coming paradigm when human civilization will again be aligned with the ways of nature– in balance with wellbeing for all life. We support moving beyond the existing paradigm of capitalistic extraction and into the realm of whole systems thinking. ISI provides full service fiscal sponsorship services to nonprofits working in the Regenerative and Sustainability realms. We offer the 501c3 legal status necessary to accept tax-exempt donations and grant funding, and the administrative services associated with having 501c3 status.
