Buckingham Property Management has extensive experience with the initial lease up, rehabilitation, and ongoing operation of Conventional-Compliance apartment projects throughout California. Expertise in quickly achieving and then maintaining high occupancy at competitive rents combined with strong cost control and economy of operations has resulted in outstanding satisfaction by our clients.
