Bardahl is a technology-driven manufacturer, from 1939 when we developed polar attraction formulas that improved motor oil properties, to creating innovative chemicals that enhance the performance of today’s vehicles. We are a family-owned and value-driven company with high quality products that are sold worldwide and are proudly made in the USA. My role was to develop the Washington market in dealerships and independent repair facilities. This included all levels of decision-makers within a convoluted organization to build a better value proposition to consumers.
-Set up new distribution channels and provided product information and operations support to distributors
-Worked with owners to create local price package plans and align to commercial programs
-Understand supply chain opportunities and work to improve processes and policies
-Created local marketing plans and promotions to help increase market penetration
