Producers Livestock Marketing Association is a member owned cooperative that was established in 1935. We market livestock throughout the Western United States and offer a variety of services to serve our patrons. These services include sales through our auction barns, private treaty/country deals, video sales, and financing through our cattle leasing program. Our goal is to provide our patrons with all their livestock marketing needs.
Managed all human resources functions for a geographically dispersed organization including full cycle recruitment, hiring, on-boarding, benefits administration, performance management and employee relations.
Total responsibility for running the Utah based non-profit conservation organization. Responsibilities include:
• Directing all fundraising initiatives across the organization.
• Partnered with the Mule Deer Foundation in running the Western Hunting Expo with annual attendance over 50,000 while securing keynote speakers such as Taya Kyle and Marcus Luttrell.
• Partnered with the Division of Wildlife Resources, Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management to discuss and implement game management programs and habitat restoration projects across the state.
• Actively participated in the monthly wildlife board meetings and the Regional Advisory Committee meetings across the state.
• Reported directly to SFW’s advisory board quarterly to discuss company objectives and financial review.
