-Manage the front office of a busy pediatrics practice, greeting patientsand responding to requests for information and appointments.-Schedule 30+ appointments each shift and update patient paperwork,billing invoices, insurance forms, and office calendars.-Communicate with physicians and relay patient phone messages. Ensurethat calls are triaged and elevated accordingly.-Protect patient files, organize pertinent paperwork, and shred sensitivedata in compliance with HIPAA. Operate and maintain receptionequipment, including phones, fax machines, printers, and copiers.-Answer calls and emails regarding appointments and clinic hours andreturn messages within 24 hours.
