Our programs and services were recently nationally certified for the third time since 2009 by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. We serve approximately 85 individuals who live in 8 residential homes. They participate in various therapeutic services, such as physical therapy, speech/language therapy, creative arts (music, art, dance) and horticulture therapy. Some are enrolled in our on-site school, licensed by the NC Dept. of Public Instruction. Our LifeChoices program in Cramerton, NC, is a day program for adults living in the community - offering vocational and activities of daily living training. Holy Angels provides for the complex medical needs of all residents, including 24-hour nursing care and medication administration. Our direct support professionals make a difference each day.
