NEIWPCC [NŪ-Ē-PĬK] is a regional commission that helps the states of the Northeast preserve and advance water quality. We engage and convene water quality professionals and other interested parties from New England and New York to collaborate on water, wastewater, and environmental science challenges across shared regions, ecosystems, and areas of expertise. We develop, coordinate, and conduct training courses for wastewater and other water quality professionals regionally and nationwide. We conduct research into water-related topics, monitor environmental factors, and fund such work by others. We also implement and fund environmental restoration and other on-the-ground projects. We fund and/or staff programs that engage the public through events, exhibits, web and print publications, and other outreach activities. We actively represent the interests of member states at meetings with federal and state officials and in regional and national water and wastewater associations. Our Mission: Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts (ASNCM) provides comprehensive information and quality services so that older people, individuals with disabilities and their families are empowered to make personalized choices to ensure a life of dignity, safety, and respect. Coupled with our commitment to continuous quality improvement and service excellence is our over 40 years of experience in the aging and home care fields. ASNCM offers comprehensive assessments and coordination of quality long-term care, which is consumer-oriented, cost-effective, and supports the autonomy and well being of the elderly and disabled. We are a private, non-profit agency, incorporated in 1974, that employs nurses and social workers to assist those who need help to remain independent in their own homes in safety, comfort, and dignity. Our major source of funding is the Executive Office of Elder Affairs, which oversees several programs designed to promote independent living for the elderly and support for their caregivers through a statewide network of ASAPs. We also receive funding from the Division of Medical Assistance which allows us to offer a range of services to younger disabled adults as well as elders.

Bi-State Primary Care Association is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that represents New Hampshire and Vermont’s 28 Community Health Centers serving over 315,400 patients at 136 locations across every county in New Hampshire and Vermont. Bi-State works to promote access to quality, affordable primary health care with an emphasis on reaching underserved populations. Bi-State Primary Care Association was founded as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization in 1986 with offices in Bow, New Hampshire, and, Montpelier, Vermont.
