I directed a 13 sport athletic program as a part of the NAIA Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference. We were dual affiliated with the NAIA & the NCCAA. I was promoted to the President's Cabinet in July of 2008 and reported directly to the President. My various responsibilities included scheduling, budgeting, hiring & firing of athletic personnel, directing our athletic committee, representing athletics in faculty meetings, supervision of all home athletic events, facility development and fund raising.
