Implemented instruction and golf etiquette testing programs that helped increase member usage by 30%. • International Intern Program – Established an intern program that brought eight hospitality students to HGC annually, improving quality in service positions while reducing payroll costs. • Reorganized and Expanded Junior Programs – Raised standards and recruited key staff members, which resulted in increased participation and an expansion of the junior programs. LCC boasts an 18-hole, Donald Ross championship golf course that is nationally renowned. LCC has been the host to the 1995 USGA Girls Junior Amateur, the 2005 USGA Junior Amateur and the site for the 2013 MGA Amateur Championship.
