CFSS is a behavioral health services provider agency in Arizona that provides supportive services for children, adolescents, young adults and families. We specialize in providing home- and community-based support services, but we also provide independent living services, individualized living environments, and comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services such as counseling, substance abuse services and psychiatry. Over 58% of our clients have mobility issues and utilize a wheelchair, walker, or other type of equipment to get around safely. Each individual faces different challenges every day. It may be; mobility- using a wheelchair, cane, walker or other support; communication - unable to speak, hear, using sign language, or limited ability to understand; limited range in motion- unable to or limited ability to reach for items, difficulty grasping, restricted hand/eye coordination, or challenges walking on uneven surfaces; and cognitive issues - need simple directions, unable to problem solve, difficulty processing information, or an inability to adapt in certain situations.
