I currently hold the position of Loyalty Champion with IHG for our hotel which entails a lot of responsibility in customer service and guest recognition.
• Organize group, individual and V. I. P. reservations.
• Report and revise all record books, record and update staff meetings
• Correspond and arrange reservations for guest at commercial hotels due to cancellations or overbooking.
• Create weekly employee schedule
• Operate keyless room entry control system, excellent telephone etiquette, accurately maintain cash fund.
• Create, organize and perform operations for massive check-in and check-out; successfully trained on credit card machine, telephone, copy and fax machine.
• Conduct customer service and front desk training; experienced in handling confidential material
• Correspond with Housekeeping Manager for room upkeep, guest concerns, building maintenance.
