-Developed the Kemp West Work Portal Employee Intranet developing ‘first in the field’ access for remote employees to connect to both resources and each other. The solutions I created included:
-Onboarding support- Internally and externally sourced training materials, interactive quizzes, progress paths for learning proficiency, and feedback portal
-Interactive safety resources and service requests, compliant with the IBEW 77 regulations for documentation and retention; incident and accident report submission and workflow, daily safety jobsite briefings, and interactive monthly safety trainings
-Paperless time entry, support request, and exit interviews
-Completed in depth process interviews with Administrative and Field employees to create insight-driven technology-based solutions to eliminate administrative inefficiencies
-Revised Kemp West Inc’s Employee Handbook to include newly created and expanded categories
-Created Quick Reference user guides, workflow maps, and process guides for new implemented strategies
-Managed end to end support for employee training and engagement events including Safety Day 2018, the Kemp West Hockey Game, and Kemp West Holiday Brunch.
-Managed internal HR functions including benefits, training, conflict resolution, and separations.
