Overview: Aligned the organization for growth through coordinating and administrating the foundation’s regional scholarship program, Women in Philanthropy grant-making program and the nonprofit outreach NPO Connect program. • Ranked scholarship applications based on the funding priorities of the applicable scholarship fund and submitted the information to the respective scholarship committees for an interview and final recommendation. • Coordinated meetings for the committees and completed all due diligence in compliance with standard policies and regulations. Prepared accurate monthly, bi-annual, and annual reports.• Managed the reporting process for all of our scholarships which includes tracking and managing all recipient information, payments, refunds, and compliance paperwork. • Offered exceptional support services to ensure successful execution of the Community Foundation’s comprehensive grant-making programs which includes the field of interest and donor-advised grants. • Laid groundwork to improve the delivery of multiple administrative and programmatic functions such as establishing and promoting social media presence, website, outreach materials, and promotional emails, purchasing office supplies while preparing board meeting materials, and facilitating meeting schedules for Regional Vice President. • Streamlined workflow through handling the NPO Connect program administration as well as planned and executed the monthly training and networking events for Nonprofit Outreach. • Piloted the successful facilitating of all of the foundation's community and donor events including the Annual Meeting, Women In Philanthropy recruitment social and awards luncheon, and Scholarship Award Dinners.
