I was the Account Manager for the Employee Benefits Department at Coble-Cravens Financial Services. I was at Coble-Cravens for 12 years and in the Health Insurance Business for 18 years. I took care of day to day issues for 80+ 2-50 life groups . I interacted with Agents in preparing proposals and quotes for sales presentation. I was a direct liasion between the customer and the Health Insurance Carrier. I interacted daily with the employer and employees in solving all issues in regards to benefits, claims, premiums, etc. I also handled all aspects of our Employee Benefit Program at Coble-Cravens from shopping for new benefits to administering those benefits on a daily basis
