Four Growers was founded to provide healthy, affordable, local produce by reducing the production costs of greenhouse growers through robotics technology. We are positioning ourselves to be the automated solutions provider for greenhouse crop management. ​We are working closely with various greenhouse growers to develop a tomato harvesting robot. Our technology relies on two layers of protection, patents filed protecting the physical design of the robot and a proprietary algorithm that controls the robot’s decision making. Our solution is not only capable of harvesting the tomatoes, but also of performing a quality check and of packaging.

The Codman Square Neighborhood Development Corporation was established in 1981 to address the prevalent blight in the general vicinity. Over the years, it has been a major catalyst for the revitalization of the Codman Square commercial district. Its development and rehabilitation of affordable rental housing has been a key factor in the stabilization of major corridors within the greater Codman Square/Four Corners area. Senior Resources is a strong voice for Eastern Connecticut's older population. Through our involvement at the federal, state and local level we work to enhance the quality of life for older persons. In addition to advocating legislatively, our continuing work with volunteer and citizen groups increases public awareness of senior issues.
