The overall goal of the Director of Human Resources & Support was to maximize efficiency while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all employees and patrons. Responsible for the direction and supervision of a team over 100. Managed the day to day operation of the following departments: Human Resources, Marketing, Facilities, Purchasing, Food & Beverage, and Payroll.
Provided support, leadership, and direction to all departmental managers
Maintained staffing levels by assisting department managers to interview, select, train, schedule, evaluate, promote, discipline, and terminate associates within the reporting departments as needed
Managed all areas all areas of marketing including: Player Development, Players Club, advertising, outdoor media, sales and web site management
Collaborated with fellow senior management and employees to ensure conflict resolution and effective communication
Ensured compliance and training for all staff with all applicable HR & departmental policies and procedures and that work areas were free of hazards mirrored by OSHA regulations
