A/P, G/L, A/R and Bank Rec.s Macola and Excel, Payroll ADP, HR, Benefits Administration
Assist with IRS Audits, Annual Reviews by external auditors, Sales Tax, PR Tax.
Manage daily workflows and functions related to four departments: Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources for an international manufacturing company with $10 million in annual sales and over 100 employees and contractors. Direct daily reconciliation of Cash Operating Accounts and Accounts Payable. Supervise staff to ensure accuracy of billing and payroll, and implement controls to reduce costs and mitigate risks. Communicate with clients in South Africa, Canada, Norway, and Germany.

• Improved controls and mitigate fraud risk by instituting method of tracking checks and cross-checking against internal and vendor deposit records to ensure all checks processed properly with no loss of funds or "lapping"
• Negotiated with equipment rental vendors and received discounted rate for paying on an annual basis rather than monthly. Saved on internal labor costs and supplies.
• Implemented automatic tracking of gratuity days, vacation time, and I-9s through HR ADP module. Manage HR benefit procedures including disability insurance, health insurance, onboarding a new hire, and processing terminations.
• In fiscal year 2012, implemented outstanding collection procedures that kept losses to less than a fraction of a percent of revenue.
