The Human Services Council is the voice of the human services community of New York City. HSC works with its broad member base to identify areas of concern shared by NYC's human services sector. We use our unparalled access to NY government to address member issues and proactively negotiate for budget, policy and legislative reform.

No youth should ever be without a home — period. This urgent belief and over 50 years of experience have placed Covenant House at the forefront of the fight against youth homelessness. Founded in 1972, Covenant House is the largest primarily privately-funded agency in the North and Central America offering free 24/7 crisis care, housing, and supportive services for youth, young families, and survivors of human trafficking. During my tenure the organization grew from approximately $56 million to $110 million. Responsibile for overall quality of existing programs and developing new programs and streams of revenue.
