DSI Logistics LLC. is one of the fastest growing providers of final-mile home delivery services in the United States. Based in Southern California, DSI Logistics is focused on development of strategic partnerships with local and national retailers of home furnishings and consumer goods. The mission of DSI Logistics is to provide unparalleled value to our partners and to deliver world-class customer service to every single customer that we serve. In 1997, DSI Logistics LLC. founder Dave Thompson saw an opportunity to meet a need that wasn't being addressed in the rapidly growing final-mile delivery industry. Dave envisioned a company that would offer all of the delivery service capabilities of large providers but with a customizable, flexible, and accessible approach. We began operating a single truck for our first client, Sit 'N Sleep that same year. Soon, another team was added, marking the beginning of significant growth for both companies. That relationship endures to this day. DSI Logistics is committed to offering cost effective service and increased customer satisfaction by developing true partnerships. Quality service is achieved through flexible value-added logistics, focus on customer experience, and "hands-on" senior management. Developing a culture of promoting growth for employees is integral to our business strategy. DSI is focused on creating an environment that fostered development, recognition, and promotion of those who share our commitment to excellence. DSI promotes that employees share our focus on delivering client satisfaction, and thus making it a guiding principle. That is why the team at DSI Logistics is always ready to do “Whatever It Takes” to deliver a quality experience for every customer, every time.
