We are uniquely structured to provide superior AV services to our clients be their needs large or small. AVD has provided AV services over a wide scale of projects from intimate 20 person advisory board meetings to very complex, 5,000 person national sales meetings utilizing seven different venues for a large pharmaceutical client.
AVD also has the experience and is prepared to deal with locations not designed for regular AV staging. We have conducted meetings in a wide variety of venues including, yachts, hotel grand openings, The Library of Congress, restaurants, zoos, museums and historical locations.
Also, as part of our AV service partnership, we assist with venue selection, provide floor plans, attend site surveys and all necessary pre-planning meetings.
