Serves on executive staff as primary contact for all areas impacting human capital. As a strategic partner, aligns employee direction to meet business objectives, and serves as a consultant to C-suite regarding HR related issues. Leads in establishment of employee policy and procedures; implements and administers human resources programs and services according to policies and procedures. Administers the hiring/retention process. Advises management on labor and international law, benefits, employee relations, training and development and human resources information systems. Oversees all benefit contracts with vendors. Maintains HRIS for employees’ records and gov't contracts.

Manage the accounting department and company internal controls, work with investment bankers to liquidate the remaining assets held by the company, prepare external financial reporting for the board of directors and shareholders, and manage the distribution process to shareholders. My role with the Company is expected to end in March 2022.
